Spooky Halloween take 2

Whimsy Stamps have released the Cosmic Half Tone Oval background stamp today, and I've used it on this Halloween card with simple ink blending and stamping.  

As I was using distress oxides I decided to ink first then stamp, so the fine black details from the stamp wouldn't be blurred or lost.  I used Squeezed Lemonade, Carved Pumpkin, Worn Lipstick, Seedless Preserves and Chipped Sapphire and applied it in an oval shape.  The colour gradients fitted with the pattern on the stamp perfectly, and that wasn't my intention so pure luck!  I cut this out with the  Wonky Stitched Rectangles Die Set.

I die cut the  Spooky Large Word Die  from black cardstock four times and adhered them together before adhering this on to the card.  I wanted extra shine so applied a coat of Nuvo Crystal Glaze and set it aside to dry.

The wee ghostie from the Spooktacular Clear Stamp set took minimal colouring and once coloured I fussy cut it out.  I finished off with a sentiment from the  You're My Boo stamp set
