I've a couple of quick Christmas cards that I made using the newly released Snowflake Frame rubber stamp from Whimsy Stamps.
For the blue and gold card (which is totally inspired by and cased from this video) I inked up a background with Distress Oxides - Tumbled Glass, Stormy Sky, Blueprint Sketch, Chipped Sapphire. Once it was dry I stamped and heat embossed the image, I uses Wow Fairy Tale embossing powder. I die cut the Christmas Large Word Die and a snowflake from glitter card, and finished off with a merry sentiment and lots and lots of rhinestones because Christmas = BLING!
The second card was a lot simpler as I just stamped and heat embossed the snowflake image in to kraft card stock. I die cut the Merry Large Word Die from glitter card and a few layers of white card to give a bit more dimension.
I finished off with a sentiment and oodles of blink on this one too. They're really quick and easy cards to make and great for a production line.

ReplyDeleteStunning creations Bev. I LOVE the two different takes on these cards. The blue ink work is so beautiful and all that sparkle and shine so lush and gorgeous, but I also really adore the kraft with the white accents, so striking and fabulous. Gorgeous card both hun. Hugs, Wends xoxo
