A somewhat different card today, also featuring the new Whimsy Stamps release. I’ve used two clear stamp sets – Pretty Big Flowers and Vintage Birthday Frames. I also used the fab-u-las In Stitches stamp set to stamp some stitching using Pumice Stone Distress Ink around the edges of the paper, way quicker than stitching for real!
I stamped and heat embossed the flowers using gold embossing powder several times, then watercoloured using Victorian Velvet, Aged Mahogany and Bundled Sage Distress Inks. I forgot just how much I love colouring flower stamps, and using watercolour mediums makes them a doddle to colour.
I also heat embossed the sentiment after stamping on to a die cut oval.
A bit of lace and a few swirly die cuts and job done. A really quick and simple card to make

Have a great Easter weekend!
Beautiful card Bev. Very elegant too.
