No shell like home

Well, this card only took me a week to make lol.  Yep the dizziness and disorientation is still here …. to the max, as is the nausea.  So everything seems to be in slow motion most of the time.
Anyhow, I did manage to get this one done, one of the new Sugar Nellie stamps – No shell like home.
Coloured with copics and just a touch of pencil here and there
Skin E11, 00, 000, 0000, R20
Hair: E53, 51, 50 Jasmine
Dress, Wings: V95, 93, 91, 000, 0000 Black Cherry
Snails: E53, 51, 50, 87, 84, 81
The paper is by Pion Design
The Raschel Lace and seam binding is from Wild Orchid Crafts as are the flowers.  The purple colour is called Walnut.  The flowers used are Cottage Roses (both sizes), lilies, 15mm roses.  I also used a filigree antique gold butterfly and some pearls to finish off.

Polka Dott

Apologies for the lack of posts (again!!)  Things have not been good, I did not even manage to get a candy posted last weekend, I will aim for a double candy this weekend, how’s that?

So, this card was done a while back and fitted for this week’s Wild Orchid Challenge which is Daisy, Daisy.  I have used one of the new Whimsy Stamps images – Polka Dott by Elisabeth Bell, isn’t she just a sweetie.  If you’re in the UK she’s in stock here at Dies to Die For.

From what I can remember I didn’t use much in the way of pencils when I coloured this one up.

I used a new Bird Cage die from Crafty Sentiments, which I coated with Shabby White Frantage embossing powder (love this stuff).  And the little apple charm peeking out the bottom of the flowers didn’t miss the Frantage treatment either lol.

The papers are from my beloved Pion Design stash, I am so glad I order in multiples!

The gorgeous lace and flowers as well as the Divine Twine are from Wild Orchid Crafts as are the white leaves.  The flowers used are Cottage Rose, fabric daisies, chrysanthemum daisies, 20mm roses, sweetheart blossoms and I also used some white stamens and finished off with some pearls.
