Back to pastels today, I made this card a few weeks back.

The stamp is from the latest Lili of the Valley release – Fairy with dove.  The sentiment is from the Vintage Labels Just to say set.  The paper is from the Bonnets ‘n Bowties paper pad.

The lace, pearls and flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  I have used 40mm wild rose, cherry blossoms and 15mm roses.

Yep, the old mojo is still going great guns, I blame these new Whimsy stamps lol.  Today I have used Chloe’s Little Light by Elisabeth Bell, and teamed it with one of the new sentiment stamps from the Holiday Notables 3 set.

It’s Wild Orchid Challenge day and this time the challenge is Bling it up.  Perfect!  Lots of bling in the glitter I have used around the edges of the papers, on her dress and wings.  Also bling in the bells and little pearl/silver flowers

I am so happy … I found my mojo!!  It was tucked safely away in my newest stamps from Whimsy Stamps hee hee.  So I had a play today, and managed to get 3 cards done and thoroughly enjoyed playing all day.  The first card up is Apple Blossom Skates.  Seriously….cute or what!?!

I used those fab Go Kreate dies again, I totally LOVE them.

5000+ followers candy

Okay so I have eventually gotten round to sorting out some candy for going over 5000 followers.  Wowzers, I really can’t believe the amount of amazing peeps I have following my ‘lil blog!  I was going to split the candy up but have decided to make it “winner takes all” candy.    The candy will run till Friday 2nd November and I will announce the winner later that evening or early Saturday 3rd.

Shaped card challenge

This week Saturated Canary challenge is calling for a shaped card, thank goodness for those fabulous Go Kreate dies, whatever did I do before them lol.

I have gone with one of my most favourite of colour combos – pink and yellow, and used Copics to colour Daddy’s Girl, which is available in rubber from Dies to Die For.

Colours used are skin E11, 00, 000, 0000, R30; Hair E53, 51, 50 and light umber pencil; Pinks R81, RV000, RV0000 and rose pale pencil; Yellow YR31, YR30 and Jasmine pencil; slippers W3, 1, 0, 00 and french grey 50% pencil, Teddy E43, 41 and FG 70% pencil

The paper is First Edition Spring Drop (still one of my all time favourite pads).

The flowers, seam binding and pearls are from Wild Orchid Crafts.  Flowers used are trellis rose, 20mm roses, 10mm roses, sweetheart blossoms.  I also popped some stamens in the arrangements.
