Just Magnolia’s challenge this week is Bingo, chosen by me cuz I only do EASY lol. And I went with the middle line – pink, ribbons and lace, flowers. Could it get any easier??
The gorge papers are DCWV Preppy Princess, oh my lands I love this pad! It’s just so me lol. I coloured Tilda with Cozy Heart with copics and pencils. I had a bit of a play this past week and ordered some empty copic pens to make up my own mixes. I am really pleased with how the pink turned out, I mixed 1/2 and 1/2 R81 and RV000 and got a nice middle shade, so no more struggling to get a good blend with R81 and RV000. I’ve mixed up a few other colours as well which I have yet to find the time to use.
The flowers, pearls and doily are from Wild Orchid Crafts. I used trellis rose, sweetheart blossoms, 20mm roses, 10mm roses and 5mm rose buds
The butterflies are from a CC Designs Butterfly border die, I just snipped off a couple to use on the card. The sentiments is Whimsy Stamps Tickets Notes stamp set and accompanying die.
The lace is from my stash and the organza ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl.
I’ve put this card and another in my Etsy shop

Hi Bev~
ReplyDeleteHope you have a wonderful weekend! I love this card! Lace, pink and flowers are just my thing. (Although purple is my favorite.) I like how you made your own pink copic...never heard of doing that! I really like the bit of ribbon you used for the bow...it is so delicate looking! Like floating polka dots...the base looks clear. This is a beautiful image. My 13th wedding anniversary is coming up and it reminds me of myself trying to hold all of the love I have for Dave....impossible to do there is so much! Thanks for sharing!
