In that order! Can’t put the cupcakes at the back of the queue lol. As promised here’s a couple of pics of my baking marathon, I didn’t get the banana bread snapped as my family’s jaws snapped it up first!
Blueberry Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting (recipe from The Hummingbird Bakery cookery book LOVE their books, every recipe is delish). The recipe can be found here. The girls got the cupcakes with the Mexican Paste flowers on, the lads got the blueberries :)
And the marshmallows – the original recipe is for coffee marshmallows but I am not a coffee fan so leave that out and go for vanilla instead. The chocolate coated ones went before I could even arrange them on the plate to photograph lol. All that was left was the toasted coconut and the plain ones coated in icing sugar. The recipe is from a John Tovey cookery book that I have had for absolute years, tried finding it on Google but no luck sorry.
