It’s ages since I used one of the older Sugar Nellie images – and it is such a shame the these are no longer being sold. I really do love Elisabeth Bell’s early images. I followed the sketch on Papertake Weekly then forgot to post the card last week – just typical of me lol.
These are so not “my” colours but I love them. The papers are MME La Papierie pad (note to self, don’t bury this pad in the back of the cupboard Bev – you love this pad!!) Check out that gorge punched heart border. A total sweetie in the US sent me some of the new out Martha Stewart punches xxx They are in stock at Dies to Die for - it's called Punch around the page Heart Chain
The image was coloured with Copics
Hat and basket E43, E42, E41, E40
Skin E21, E00, E000, R20
Hair E29, E25, E40
Shirt YG41, G00, G000, G0000
Pants B97, B95, B93, B91
Apples YG03, YG00
Grass YG67, YG63, YG11
The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts natch – I used poppies and a 40mm hybrid tea rose. The leaves are a Marianne D die – Forest Branch and the doily shaped die cut behind the image is a Nellie Multi Frame die – Flower. The pretty Sheer Ruffle Edge ribbon is from The Ribbon Girl.
The little tag is from the Concentric Tag die set – isn’t it just so cute lol. I popped a few rhinestones in the corner as it looked a bit bare (can’t have a bare spot on my cards rofl).
