Friday again woohoo! All set for Christmas yet? Nah me neither lol. Not got a present wrapped, still writing out “bought” Christmas cards and still have a couple of pressies to get for my grandchildren so it’s disorganised chaos in my house, as ever rofl.
It’s Just Magnolia Challenge day today, and this week our Mina has done a fabulous sketch for us to follow. Don’t look too close at the ribbon, it’s skew but I had already posted it when I resized the photo’s and noticed it so whoever receives this, apologies and feel free to fiddle lol.
I flipped the sketch as the card looked top heavy with the punched border and flat-backed pearls, think it looks okay upside down. I have used the gorgeous Heavenly papers from Nitwit Collections, I love the red in the set, it really sets the Kraft colours off beautifully. The image is Vintage Tilda that I have coloured with copics and Prismacolor pencils.
The sentiment is from the Lili of the Valley Circular sentiments, I just used the centre of one of them and popped this behind a Sizzix tags die cut.
The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts, 8mm semi open roses, 15mm roses and 25mm Wild Rose. The 16mm satin ribbon is from The Craft Fairy.
Enjoy your weekend, and wrap up warm!! It’s going to be a cold one! I’ll be back later this evening to draw the winner of the Promarker candy.
hugs
