Jayne Nestorenkos Adorable Stamps and CD collection are on sale on Create and Craft today and judging by the comments and emails these are going to be another sell-out! So if you want them I would get in quick.
Today I have a real traditional card to share, from the “Waiting” stamp set ahhhh that little lad is just the sweetest little thing lol. I have used the children, tree and sentiment stamps from the set, there is also a fireplace which is fab in the set and all the sentiments are just amazing, they are going to have a permanent place on my desk till Christmas lol.
I coloured the image with Promarkers (not got a clue which colours I used, but I also used Prisma Pencils to give the image a more vintage look). I used dabs of green Promarkes on the tree to soften the look then made garlands with gold Stickles then punched out some little circles to make baubles, stuck them on the tree then applied red Stickles.
The paper is from the companion CD, the pin and roses are from Wild Orchid Crafts.
We’ve another sketch at Just Magnolia this week done by our uber talented Dawny P – this girl’s sketches rock and this one is no exception, I absolutely loved working with this one.
And yes ….. it’s another easel card. I really struggled with the photo’s this week, they look so bleached out and her umbrella is not that vicious lime green that it looks in the photo :(
The gorge papers are my favourite Blueberry Hill from Papermania. Why oh why oh why they discontinued these I will never know. Bizarre that they would drop such a popular and sought after line!!
I coloured the image with Copics – sorry I don’t have the colours to hand but will add them to the post later. I have been busy getting samples ready for the show at Harrogate this weekend, I am demonstrating Copics and Promarkers at the Lili of the Valley Stand woohoo!! So stop by for a natter if you’re there.
I did an extra tag for the inside again, loving this idea. The sentiment is from Elzybells (half price in her closing down sale). The little dragonfly (see I found it Dawny rofl) is one of the Magnolia Doo Hickey dies that I got from Bunny Zoe’s Crafts. The flowers are all Wild Orchid Crafts. I used Wild Curly Roses, 25mm hybrid tea roses, 15mm open roses, 10mm roses, 4mm rose buds, 8mm semi open roses
The bid doily is cut from a Marianne D die that I got from Cutting Edge Crafts, and the new Spellbinders beaded ovals came this week from Oyster Crafts. Had a fab week with lots of crafty deliveries lol.
I am waiting for one more thing to come for my bumper candy, hopefully that will be here next week sometime then I can get it posted up here.
Have a great weekend everyone, I know I will meeting up with those gorgeous girlies from Lili of the ValleyThanks for stopping by,
