We have a vintage theme this week for Just Magnolia challenge. I had to pull the card to bits yesterday as I was not happy with it, so was franticly trying to get it finished before the light faded yesterday afternoon. The things we do for our craft lol.
I received my new DT kit from Wild Orchid Crafts and oh my goodness, the new cream Guipure lace and the new pearls are just divine and had to go on the card right away lol. The colours of the pearls are gorgeous and they come in a great range of colours in two sizes.
I coloured Tilda with Copics and Promarkers. For the Dress, scarf and shoes I laid the Copics down first then the Promarkers over the top. They blended together beautifully and I love the result! The hair I laid the Promarkers down first then darkened with the Copics. I don't have many Promarkers so am having to use them both together.
Colours used:
Hair: (PM's first) Walnut (O124), Chestnut (R934) , Almond (O819) - (Copics) E49
Skin: all Copics E11, E01, E00, E000
Dress, scarf, shoes and flowers: (Copics first) YR02, YR01, YR00 then over with PM's Burnt Orange (R946) and Ginger (O136)
Leaves: (Copics) G24, G21
Socks: (PM) Buttercup (V417) and blender to remove a bit of the colour

I distressed the Elegant Heart stamp with Walnut Stain distress ink and Diamond Stickles. I used a Bazzill Bling Template to make the pearl swirls.
The flowers are all from Wild Orchid Crafts and the flowers I used are: 2 tone peach Classic Sweet Rose, green and peach cherry blossoms, peach 10mm roses, and peach 6mm closed rosebuds. The leaves were punched with a Martha Stewart branch punch.
You still with me???? If so you need a medal or I need the Pulitzer prize rofl. Last bit now. The scroll is also a Magnolia stamp as is the swirls stamped around the edges. I think they are both from the wedding collection but could be wrong and am so sick of this long post now I can't be bothered to go hunt out the links.
Right that's it from me for today, sorry to bore you all to tears lol.
hugs
