The Whiff of Joy Challenge this week is a colour combo, aqua and red. I love this combo – so why don’t I use it more? Mind I had to have a good old rake through my papers – nothing seemed to look right together (I think it’s me, I just can’t get back into crafting again after the Xmas break), Let’s hope I get myself sorted soon, got loads to do lol.
I used one of the new Happy Mail stamps from Whiff of Joy that are being released on the 9th January. This one is called Charlotte kissing pigeon and she has been coloured with distress inks and twinkling H2O’s. The papers are Cosmo Cricket Little Dutch Girl and the sentiment is also from Whiff of Joy.
The flowers have been punched with my EK Success Retro Flower punches and the sentiment has been punched with Stampin Up punches. The ribbon is from The Hobby House – love the effect the gingham gives. The apple charm is also from The Hobby House.
I didn’t get the dogs walked yesterday – sheesh that snow never let up all day, as fast as I was shovelling it last night after work it was blizzarding right back down again. I gave up in the end – the snow won!
Stay warm everyone
