Now you all know that I'm the proverbial cow's tail right? Always at the back of the queue yeah? You with me so far? Well I decided I HAD to have the Miss Anya's stamps (yes set 1 and yes I know set 2 is soon to be released ... cow's tail remember....). Well I don't know about you but when I eventually make my mind up and decide I need something, I NEED IT NOW!! So imagine my disgust at not being able to get any Miss Anya stamps in the UK (couldn't wait that long for them to come from the US lol), then imagine my sheer delight when I discovered my Just Magnolia teamie Tab had a few sets for sale in her shop .. well the rest is history, those babies did a flying leap right into my basket and hung on for dear life in case I changed my mind again lol.
Phew, that was an epic!! So, anyhoo they arrived yesterday (only ordered them the day before) and I love them. I was worried about buying them cos so far I've only seen them coloured with Copics and PM's and I'm sad to say I own neither. But am really pleased with how well my beloved distress inks and Twinks worked with the image. So guess who is going to be at the front of the queue for set 2!!
I love the crown charm, Jill at The Hobby House has them listed on the website now, isn't it just the perfect embellie for this cutie!! Oh and before I forget, this card is for ASOS challenge which is Blue and Green and also for Stamp Something which is Showers or Flowers. The flower is punched from SU Certainly Celery C/S then stamped with a Whiff of Joy swirl stamp with SU Brocade Blue ink. The inside is really plain and simple, the paper I used was only a small scrap and all I had left was this slither that I have stuck on the inside. Love the sentiment stamp, have had it ages and not had the right image to go with it, till 'lil Miss Anya came along. And if you’re still with me then thanks for reading all my drivvel lol. xx
