This week had me stumped (says she who loves round cards as I always seem to resort to doing them when faced with a shaped card - very much in my comfort zone lol) so a tried something different, but the round is still there. I used a dinner plate to get the 1/4 circle shape, punched out lots of 3/4" circles and used these to make the scallop along the edge of the card. I've just realised I didn't use a single flower, spacer or charm - I must be ill lol!!!
The inside, I used some more of the delish Bo Bunny papers that Jill sent me to play with. I stamped a border of butterflies from the Magnolia Spring Club Kit along the curve - then on the very last one went and got a blob of black ink ARGH!! Hence the crystals - phew it hid the mess!! The heart is punched with a 3" Woodware heart punch (cos I don't have any heart nesties - this must be the only nesties I don't have, best remedy that at Harrogate next week lol) and stamped out some of the butterflies from the kit which I raised with a blob of silicone glue to give a bit of dimension
A close up of the butterfly on the front of the card, also raised with some silicone.
