Saturated Canary–the great outdoors

Yayyy!  It’s Saturated Canary Challenge day!  Our challenge this time is “the great outdoors” so what better than using Picnic for my card!

Yes, I’ve used those gorge Cosmo Cricket papers again, my stash of these is dwindling and they’ve been discontinued.  I just HATE that lol.

Coloured with Copics and pencils on MIC card, wow this stuff sure makes blending a doddle no matter how much ink you lay down it blends beautifully, unlike Neenah which just doesn’t cut it for me any more Sad smile

Skin: E11, 00, 000, R20, 30
Hair: E27. 23, 50 and dark umber pencil
Clothes: BG75, 72, 70, muted turquoise pencil, R39, 27, 24, 22 Tuscan red pencil
Basket E35, 31, 30 light umber pencil

Flowers and gingham ribbon from Wild Orchid Crafts – cottage rose, 20mm roses, 15mm roses, 10mm roses, 8mm semi open roses, 4mm rose buds.

  7. She's lovely Bev, i do love your colouring hun, and am learning from you with the old Prismas, as you know.
    I love my Promarkers and have no copics, and cant afford them they are just too out of my price range as i would want a lot to get the colouring done that i do.

  46. Love the colours of this card, I know a few other people have asked what MIC card is, so I will too? I haven't ventured into purchasing any copics etc as I normally use die cut images but was wondering which were your personal favourites as I thought I might be brave and have a go xx

  55. A beautiful card as always Bev. I would never have thought of putting those colours together, although we are just about to redecorate my daughters bedroom and the bedding, curtains etc are those colours with a little bit of pink as well!
