Dainty Dancer

It’s Lili’s Little Fairies day and this week we are sponsored by Which Craft UK with some fabulous packs of their Super Duper Pop Up cards and they also kindly sent the DT some shaped cards to use for this week’s challenge.  And I have used one of their Scallop Concertina Step Cards and changed the fold up a bit so I had a taller step to fix the lace bow topped with a brad on to.

I have used Dainty Dancer and coloured her with Promarkers, Flexmarkers and a touch of light umber pencil on her hair.  The sentiment is also from Lili of the Valley from their Dreamy Days Circular Sentiments set.  The paper is Nitwit Collections pre-printed paper that I got from Which Craft UK.

The flowers I have used are trellis rose, carnation, 20mm rose, 15mm roses and 10mm roses and are all from those lovely peeps at Wild Orchid Crafts.

Hope you will get a chance to enter our challenge this week which is Peach and Cream, nice and easy Smile

  25. Hi Bev,
what a beautiful card and I really love the peach- you are really getting me to look at that colour in a new light. Not my favourite normally, but those flowers look gorgeous.
I did have a giggle reading others comments today, especially Nannapat, cos I was thinking about myself doing ballet at school! I was 5ft 7in at the age of 11 and towered above everyone else - this ended up being to my detriment as they always had to put me as an Angel or a 'Tree' in every ballet production we put on; can you believe it...lol!!
    Ah.. sweet memories.
Have a good day Bev. Hugs Linda
