Monday already, these weekends are getting shorter for sure. I am still mad about the My Mind’s Eye Be Happy 6 x 6 paper pad so have used it two days on the trot. I definitely need to stockpile this pad I think (and several more from this collectiion!)
Today’s card features another of the oh so talented Krista Smith of Saturated Canary’s images, this one is called Secrets.
The bling corners are from Flourish with a Bling, on today’s card I chopped off the corners of the Bella Rhinestone flourishes to fit in with the design of the card. I love how those corners have just finished off and balanced the card.
My flowers, lace and seam binding are all from Wild Orchid Crafts. The flowers used are 10mm roses, 15mm roses, 20mm roses, 25mm wild rose and lilies.
Secrets has been coloured with Copics and pencils:
Skin: E11, 00, 000, 0000, R20
Hair (left) E31, E53., E51, E50 and light umber pencil; (right) E47, 44, 42, W00 and warm grey 70% pencil
Greens: G00, 000, 0000 and muted turquoise pencil
Peach: YR01, 00, 000, 0000 and pale vermillion pencil
Beige: E43, 41, 40 and warm grey 70% pencil

I do have to say that I do so enjoy when every other weekend goes by super fast because then the grandkids come back from their dad's house faster. I miss them when they are gone. :-(
