I’m scheduling this post because I am out teaching a class today so had to be up with the larks getting myself sorted. My card today was a request from a lovely lady in Canada, it’s similar to another card I made using All in a row from Lili of the Valley, I just changed up the papers and embellies (she wanted the same colour scheme).
Isn’t that pearl trim just gorgeous?? It’s new in at Wild Orchid Crafts, love it! I adhered it to the paper using Collall All Purpose glue and it attached beautifully, no probs at all and it dries a lot faster than Glossy Accents which is a bonus cuz I am always in a mad rush lol. The satin ribbon and flowers (15mm roses, 25mm hybrid tea rose, cherry blossoms, gypsophila and hybrid tea rose )
The paper is Pink Paislee from last year (or was it the year before?) The lace borders are die cut with my new Tim Holtz border die and I think the sentiment is from a Personal Impressions stamp set.
And now for the Lili of the Valley news!!!
Check out Lili of the Valley’s updated website, which now finally has a currency converter for all our overseas customers!! It’s really easy to use so you never have to wonder anymore how much you are spending!
And now is the time to try it out, as there is 10% off and free postage on all orders – the best ever discount on the LOTV store. The offer runs until 5pm (UK time) on Wednesday 30th November. So if you want to buy someone a stamping gift, or treat yourself to an early Christmas present, now’s your chance. It’s a small thank you for all your custom throughout the year! Look out for more ideas and videos added to the new look site by the New Year.
Have a fabulous Sunday and stay warm, it’s been blowing a gale and a half up here all of last night brrrr
