Phew Monday already! I am so sorry I don’t have a quick flicks video for you today, I will try and get one done during the week. I didn’t get home till quite late yesterday then had to go straight back out again so although I had planned on shooting the video when I got home last night it was so late and I was wrecked after a fab weekend with my fave LOTV girlies. Met up with lots of blogging friends too and caught up with some old friends too so it was really a brilliant weekend (Harrogate show always is!) and I bought far more than I needed too oops.
So on to my card today, it’s Wild Orchid Challenge day and we have a Christmas Sketch to follow – perfect for those that have not started their Crimbo cards yet to get you kick started says she who will be buying her cards this year lol. I had a load of samples to finish off last week for the Lili of the Valley stall so my card today features this adorable little cutie called Little Ivy, and went with very traditional colours too.
Did you spy the new Lily flowers? I gave them a spritz of gold to add to the bling, and also dyed the new lace with the same gold mist. The new lace and flowers should be on the website soon and I will update my links as soon as they are. Also used – from Wild Orchid Crafts – are the corner metal embellishments, pearls, large trellis rose, 25mm roses, and gold German Glass Glitter which I liberally coated the edges of the roses with.
And before I forget, the sentiment I have had for a long long while, I got it from Elzybells.
Have a fantastic week
