This week we have a fabulous sketch to work to, designed by the uber talented Rach. Really loved working with this one and it's one that I will use over and over. I love how the ribbon threads through only one side of the image, so different. This week the prize up for grabs is some Copic markers, so make sure you enter to be in with a chance of winning the prize.
I decided to go with one of the older Magnolia's this week, it's disgraceful how I neglect my older stamps and how desperately eager I am to get my mitts on new stamps all the time. So I am determined (for now lol) to try and use at least one older stamp a week. Poor babies are so neglected. This image is from last year's summer kit, and to be honest I don't think it had even been inked up till now *mega blush*!!!
I went with punched flowers on this card (except for the green flower) and stamped the punched flowers with a teeny accessory stamp that is in the Simon Says stamp set Simply the Best. Check out her sunburn bless. No factor 50 for this little girl :(
The delish Kaiser papers are on the busy side so I kept the inside plain (pity I didn't do the same for the front, hey ho - I'm such a more is more kinda girl lol.
Stamps: Magnolia image from Summer Kit and Simon Says Stamp Birthday Cake set sentiment (I am LOVING these sets!)
Papers: Kaiser Imagine - Wonder, Ponder and Suppose
Tools: Martha Stewart scallop border punch, Nestibilities, Stampin Up Slit punch, medium Retro Flower punch
Embellishments: Tulle (from The Hobby House), a single Prima flower lol, spacers large and medium, flower charm and Basic Grey boxer brads
Thanks for looking,
